Ownership of Content

All programming, video, audio, articles, images, graphics, logos and software made available through NNA TV Plus — on our website, in the NNA TV+ mobile apps and in the Ultra Stream TV app — is owned by Nations Network Africa or licensed to us by its rights holders. It is protected by the Copyright Act, 1978 and other applicable laws.

Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-commercial right to stream our content for private viewing, as set out in our Terms of Service. You may not:

record, download, rip, screen-capture or otherwise copy our content;
re-upload, share, broadcast or re-transmit our content on any platform;
screen our content publicly or use it commercially without a written licence from us; or
share your account credentials so that others can access content they have not paid for.

We take piracy seriously and may suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies, where content is misused.

Licensing and Commercial Use

If you would like to licence NNA TV Plus content, arrange a public screening, or use an extract for educational, editorial or commercial purposes, please contact us at info@nnatvplus.com. Requests are considered case by case.

Editorial Standards and Content Disclaimer

Our documentaries, news and current-affairs programming are produced for general information and entertainment. Views expressed by presenters, contributors or third parties are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Nations Network Africa. Content does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.

Some programming deals with sensitive real-world subjects and may not be suitable for all viewers. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising viewing by minors in their household.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@nnatvplus.com with the subject line “Copyright Complaint”, including:

your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
a clear identification of the work you say has been infringed, and proof that you own or are authorised to act for the owner of that work;
the exact location of the material on our service (a URL, title, or screen where it appears);
a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and
your signature (an electronic signature is acceptable).

We will acknowledge a complete notice within 5 business days and investigate promptly. Where a complaint appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the material while we assess it, and contact the relevant rights holder or supplier.

Please note that submitting a false or bad-faith complaint may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether the use infringes your rights, you may wish to obtain legal advice first.

Counter-Notice

If material you supplied or licensed to us has been removed and you believe this was a mistake, email us at info@nnatvplus.com setting out why you are entitled to use the material, together with your contact details. We will review the matter and restore the content if the objection is resolved in your favour.

“Nations Network Africa”, “NNA TV Plus”, “NNA TV+”, “Ultra Stream”, and our logos are trade marks of Nations Network Africa. They may not be used without our prior written permission. Other names and logos appearing on the service are the property of their respective owners.
