Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how NNA TV Plus subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

How Billing Works

• Our Ultra plan costs R49.00 per month.
• The subscription is a recurring monthly subscription — it renews automatically each month and continues until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We do not store your card details.
• All subscriptions are purchased and billed through our website. Your renewal date is shown on your My Account page.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum contract period and no cancellation fee:

1. Sign in at nnatvplus.com.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If you have any difficulty cancelling, email info@nnatvplus.com and we will action it for you.

What Happens When You Cancel

• You will not be billed again. The recurring payment instruction is stopped.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel on the 10th and your paid month runs to the 28th, you can keep watching until the 28th.
• After that date your access to subscriber content ends automatically. Your account itself remains, so you can resubscribe later without registering again.

If you resubscribe before your current paid period ends, you will not be charged twice — billing simply resumes from the date your existing period expires.

Refunds

Because you keep full access for the remainder of every period you have paid for, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a month after cancellation.

We will refund you in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or incorrect charges — for example if you were billed twice for the same month, or charged after a valid cancellation.
• Technical failure on our side — if a fault we are responsible for prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant part of a billing period and we could not resolve it.
• Unauthorised transactions — if a payment was made from your account without your authorisation and this is confirmed.
• Early cancellation before use — if you subscribe and then cancel within 7 days without having streamed any subscriber content, we will refund that payment in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@nnatvplus.com with:

• the email address on your account;
• the date and amount of the payment; and
• a short description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and, where a refund is approved, to process it within 14 business days. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access to subscriber content until payment succeeds. We will not charge a penalty fee for a failed payment. You can update your payment details by resubscribing from your My Account page.

Price Changes

If we change the subscription price, we will give you reasonable advance notice. The new price applies only to billing periods after that notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, or any other South African law that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement. If you believe you are entitled to a refund in a situation not listed above, contact us — we will consider every request fairly and on its merits.
