These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Nations Network Africa (“NNA TV Plus”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of https://nnatvplus.com, our streaming services, and our applications (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NNA TV Plus provides on-demand and live streaming of documentaries, news and related programming, delivered through:
The Service, including the content library and the range of supported devices, may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, to create an account and purchase a subscription. If you are under that age, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service and all charges incurred.
Some content may not be suitable for all audiences. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising viewing by minors in their household.
To use the Service you must register an account. When registering we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number and a password. You agree to:
Your account is for your personal household use. Sharing your credentials so that people outside your household can access the Service is not permitted and may result in suspension or termination.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, and the new price will only apply to billing periods after the notice period. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page on our website. When you cancel:
Full details of cancellation, billing and refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and while your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content from the Service for private, non-commercial viewing only.
You may not:
You agree not to:
All content on the Service — including video programming, text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software and the NNA TV Plus and Ultra Stream names and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
The Service may display advertising (including through Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
Our applications are provided under our End User Licence Agreement. You are responsible for your own internet connection, data charges and compatible hardware. Streaming consumes significant data; charges from your network provider are your responsibility.
Our applications may check for and install updates in order to keep the Service working, secure and compatible. The Ultra Stream TV application is distributed by us directly and updates itself from our servers. We do not guarantee that every device, television, operating system version or network configuration will be supported.
We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may add, change, suspend or remove content, features or supported devices at any time. If we make a material adverse change to the core Service, you may cancel your subscription as set out above.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms — including sharing credentials, attempting to bypass the subscription gate, or infringing content rights — or if required to do so by law. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach first.
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your account via our Account Deletion page.
Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008), the Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Content is provided for general information and entertainment and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the total subscription fees you actually paid to us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Please read it to understand what we collect and why.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the process set out in our Copyright & Content Notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@nnatvplus.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, or any other law that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy and EULA, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
