At NNA TV Plus (Nations Network Africa) we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have. It applies to https://nnatvplus.com, the NNA TV+ apps for Android and iOS, and the Ultra Stream app for Android TV.

We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information We Collect

1. Account information

When you register we collect your name, surname, email address, phone number and a password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never store or display your actual password.

2. Subscription and payment information

We record your subscription plan, its status, start and renewal dates, and your payment history with us. Card payments are processed by PayFast, our third-party payment provider. Your full card details are entered on PayFast's systems — we do not receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV.

3. Usage and viewing information

We collect information about how you use the Service, such as titles viewed, view counts, pages visited, time spent, search terms, device type and browser. This helps us understand what content is popular and improve the Service.

4. Device, app and technical information

When you use our apps we may collect:

• device model, operating system version and app version;
• a login token stored on your device so that you stay signed in;
• crash reports and playback diagnostics (for example video decoder used, playback errors and dropped-frame counts) which we use solely to diagnose and fix technical faults such as poor playback quality;
• IP address and general connection information; and
• push notification tokens, if you allow notifications.

Stored only on your device: your “Continue Watching” progress and your “My List” saved titles in the Ultra Stream TV app are stored locally on that device and are not uploaded to our servers.

5. Communications and marketing

If you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your message, contact details and your subscription preferences.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and administer your account and authenticate you across our website and apps.
• To process subscription payments, renewals and cancellations, and to verify whether your subscription is active before granting access to subscriber content.
• To deliver, maintain and improve the Service, including diagnosing technical and playback problems.
• To personalise what you see, such as recommendations and continue-watching.
• To send service messages (for example payment confirmations, renewal notices and account notices).
• To send newsletters, content updates and push notifications where you have chosen to receive them.
• To display advertising, including through Google AdSense on our news pages.
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, credential sharing, piracy and abuse of the Service.
• To comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Our Lawful Basis

We process your personal information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the Service you subscribe to), to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies — with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with:

• PayFast — to process subscription payments and recurring billing.
• Our hosting and email providers — to run the Service and send transactional email.
• Google (AdSense and Analytics) — for advertising and website analytics.
• Apple and Google — to deliver push notifications to our mobile apps.
• Professional advisers, or authorities — where required by law, court order, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection, as required by POPIA.

How Long We Keep It

• Account information — for as long as your account is active.
• Payment and transaction records — retained after account closure where we are legally required to keep them (for example for tax and financial record-keeping).
• Diagnostic and crash logs — kept only for as long as needed to investigate faults, then cleared.
• Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, access-controlled administration areas, and payment handling by a PCI-compliant provider. No online system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and do not share your account.

Your Rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
• ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your account and personal information — see our Account Deletion page;
• object to processing for direct marketing, and unsubscribe at any time;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Children

The Service is not intended for children to subscribe to on their own. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Third-Party Services

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and where the changes are material we will notify you by email or within the Service.
